General Meetings are held the first Monday of every month, 7:00pm at the Creston Valley Senior’s Center from October to June.
To support our community’s Outdoor Heritage, the Club needs your involvement. Come out to a meeting and get involved!

The Creston Valley Rod & Gun Club, established in 1919 and incorporated in 1926, is an active sportsman’s association with over 500 members based in the central Kootenay community of Creston. For almost a century, our members have enjoyed and nurtured the fish and wildlife resources in our beautiful valley. Proper management and responsible use of these resources, now and for future generations, is our primary concern.

Wildlife Management

The Creston Valley Rod & Gun Club is committed to the ethical and humane treatment of wildlife including; predator control, habitat maintenance, and population restocking.

Kidd Creek Rifle Range

Membership with the Creston Valley Rod & Gun Club provides access to the Kidd Creek Rifle Range for the safe and lawful enjoyment of firearms including; target and clay pigeon shooting.

Mawson Lake

Membership with the Creston Valley Rod & Gun Club provides access to our Mawson Lake property where you can enjoy freshwater fishing and a fully featured 3D archery range.
